Kyungnam University Expands Global Partnership with Shanghai Donghai Vocational and Technical College

 On April 16, Kyungnam University (KU) welcomed a delegation from Shanghai Donghai Vocational and Technical College, led by President He Ying, to discuss expanding international cooperation.

 Shanghai Donghai College, established in 1993, is a private vocational institution with about 7,000 students. It operates seven faculties and 24 majors, with strong industrylinked programs, especially in media. A key outcome of the visit was the agreement to establish Korean and Chinese language education centers on each campus. These centers will support cultural exchange and provide language assistance to international students from both countries.

 Vice President Ko Ho-seok stated, “We are pleased to welcome our partners from Shanghai Donghai. Through continued exchange, we look forward to nurturing global talent together.” This visit marks a step forward in KU’s ongoing efforts to expand global academic partnerships.
