The Laos Visiting Group from Vientiane State visited KU on November, 4th, 2019. The group invited by Gyeongsangnam do Association of Social Workers consists of health and nursing leaders including the Health Minister, the director of Vientiane State hospital, the president and the vice president of Vientiane National College of Nursing.  

They had a meeting to make cooperative plans for friendship promotion and medical development through friendly exchange with advanced medical and educational institutes of our university. The participants in the meeting were Ji Young-joo, the dean of the department of Nursing, Shin Won-sik, professor of the department of Social Welfare, Park Sung-wook, the head of talent donation service in Gyeongsangnam do Association of Social Workers and some others. After the meeting, they toured Nursing Lab and Simulation Room, and observed how students are developing their nursing skills under the KU’s educational system.
